Situated less than an hour away from Ho Chi Minh City Center, the Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP) in Long An Province features an industrial township planning model that promotes a balanced live-work-play-learn lifestyle for its future residents and workers.
Directly accessible from Ring Road 4 at the west and the upcoming Ring Road 3 at the east, the 3000-hectare site provides an ideal location for both local and international industries with its strong road linkages leading to major transit ports and hubs. VSIP Long An also consists of an area dedicated to the logistics industry given its strategic positioning between these two expressways, in order to facilitate an efficient transport of goods and products. Within the development, main roads integrated with the site’s canal system facilitate traffic flow and easily connect the industrial estates to the different neighborhoods.

Vision
The new Long An VSIP is envisioned to become an exemplar of quality living standards in synergy with an optimal manufacturing environment for residents and workers alike.
Strengthening connectivity and livability
enCity, working closely with Becamex, enhanced the original proposed masterplan to strengthen its connectivity and overall livability. The new plan features amenities, kindergartens, markets, medical services and community centers evenly distributed across each neighborhood and well-connected by a system of green corridors. Each township is allocated with its own sports facilities, which are strategically co-located with schools. Ample green and open spaces act as a buffer between the industrial and residential areas. A mixed-use strip leverages the major North-South road and the nearby central park to provide vibrancy to the area.
Vibrant and green imagined streetscape
Our planning framework for the project’s different land use typologies and designs four focus areas that apply these guidelines and shape the character of the development – West Gate, the gateway community welcoming visitors from Ring Road 4; Sports Center, the active hub where the canal is utilized for water sports; Education Cluster, the learning center composed of integrated academic institutions; and Central Park, the green heart of the whole township.
