After much deliberation, research on local tourism conditions and engagement with local communities; it was decided that first, the natural ecological system will be preserved, protecting valuable terraced landscape. Conserving the local vulnerable ecosystem and minimizing flood risk is of utmost importance.
Second, existing village communities will be celebrated, by creating two communities with each one’s own typicality matching its characteristics and its potentials that integrate into the new township.
The plan also proposes a new traffic road system and old tracks are intertwined to complement one another to connect places and ideas. This is be done by investing in a synchronous infrastructure framework which utilizes existing roads as a system of pedestrian pathways and bicycle lanes, but also upgrading and maintaining to possibly replace the main road in case of incidents.
