Jakarta, Indonesia: enCity is honored to be recognized as a collaborator by JPI. This agreement, signed by enCity Urban Solutions’ CEO, Mr. Dzung Do Nguyen, alongside Ms. Wendy Haryanto, JPI’s Executive Director, marked the commencement of a strategic partnership aimed at addressing Jakarta’s urban development issues through innovative solutions.

enCity and JPI have previously collaborated on the “Jakarta 2045: Ragunan Transit-Oriented Development-led Urban Regeneration Project”, in which the team looked into the redevelopment of central government sites in the South of Jakarta once central government functions being relocated to Nusantara – the new capital city of Indonesia. The projects highlight enCity’s commitment and capability to contribute to a sustainable transformation of Jakarta.

Building on the success of our previous collaboration, enCity and JPI are further strengthening their partnership through this agreement. This creates opportunities for enCity to continue its commitment to developing and implementing urban solutions, ranging from infrastructure to sustainable urban planning, to address critical issues in Jakarta such as traffic congestion, flooding, housing shortage, and air quality.

Collaborating with JPI also unlocks opportunities for enCity to enhance the company’s visibility and engagement with key stakeholders, including government bodies, private sector entities, and the broader community in Jakarta and beyond.
