01.2020: Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) We are pleased to announce that Mr. Vu Thanh Cong, our planner and policy analyst at enCity, has been selected by The American Council of Young Political Leaders (ACYPL) to participate in ACYPL’s Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative Professional Fellows Program (YSEALI PFP) from April 18th to May 29th, 2020 in the US.
