On 29 September 2022 in Hanoi, the delegation of Thai Binh Province (a coastal province in the North Vietnam’s Red River Delta) had a meeting with T&T Group and enCity Urban Solutions on the implementation of investment promotion for strategic projects in Thai Binh province. The Chairman of T&T Group and SHB Bank Mr. Do Quang Hien expressed his gratitude to the provincial leaders for allowing their company to conduct a study for the provincial planning and urban development project.
The delegation was keen for T&T Group and enCity to focus on studying the site and proposing new strategic planning initiatives, especially on urban development corridors, urban forms, connectivity, and the impacts of the master planning project to Thai Binh province as a whole.
Mr. Ngo Dong Hai (Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee) concluded the meeting with the statement, “This investment research project is an opportunity for Thai Binh province to look at and evaluate more closely the current development opportunities to promptly update the master plan of the province. This will also serve as the basis for starting the provincial planning project.”
