Vision
Our vision is “Green Tay Ninh” as a strong economy based on hi-tech agriculture and industries; an international tourism destination and trading gateway; and a locality with a healthy living environment and a rich ecosystem.
During the duration of the planning project, our experts analyzed the current status of strengths, weaknesses and challenges of the following diversified industries: Economy (industrial development, agriculture, forestry, fishery, service industries); Technical infrastructure (transport, electricity, water, information – communication); Social infrastructure (health, education, human resource development, culture, sports, tourism, security and defense); Environmental resource (land use, water resources, irrigation infrastructure, disaster prevention, climate change).

A livable community, green environment with high-value production, and an attractive destination
We propose positioning Tay Ninh to 2050 as “Green Tay Ninh”. This vision focuses on 4 key aspects: livable community, green environment, high-value production, and attractive destination. The consulting consortium advises for public governance with a high enterprise spirit to gain efficiency and attain an active market entry strategy for socioeconomic development.
