Ngoc Pham is a student of urban research, design and a “professional people watcher”. Their projects range from urban design, planning and community engagement to research and urban anthropology, aims at advocating for social and environmental resilience. Beyond the study and design of the built environment, they seek meanings in processes and systems that enable collective resilience and compassion.
