Our planning framework for the project’s different land use typologies and designs four focus areas which shape the character of the development – West Gate, the gateway community welcoming visitors from Ring Road 4; Sports Center, the active hub where the canal is utilized for water sports; Education Cluster, the learning center composed of integrated academic institutions; and Central Park, the green heart of the whole township.
