Case Study: Suzhou Industrial Park*
The first industrial park project that led by Chinese central government directly and approved as a cooperative development with Singapore, it is designed with dual axes and multiple centers: high-tech industries, modern business and residential districts connected through shared infrastructure, a desirable environment and a common new city center.
Case Study: Township in Al-Areen*
The master plan introduces a green spine as the main focus of the landscape achieving a pedestrian friendly housing master plan with housing unit typology design, including apartment units.
Case Study: Handan Crowne Plaza*
The signature design of Handan Crowne Plaza is its lean, clear, structural facade design on a modern tower with the small gesture as focal point which plays an important role in creating the image of the city, regardless of the simplicity of the building form. It gives the building a landmark value.
Case Study: Yuyuan Mall Shenyang*
The design is based on the idea of Chinese commercial street in history, although the building is actually a big shopping mall, the bulk appearance of it is camouflaged with the idea of street facade which not only gives it variety but also to create a unique skyline.
Tay Ninh Provincial Planning 2050
We propose positioning Tay Ninh to 2050 as “Green Tay Ninh”. This vision focuses on 4 key aspects: livable community, green environment, high-value production, and attractive destination. The consulting consortium advises for public governance with a high enterprise spirit to gain efficiency and attain an active market entry strategy for socioeconomic development.
Hai Phong City Master Plan 2050
With an estimated population of 4.5 million in 2050, the historic port town of Hai Phong is the third largest city in Vietnam. To capture upcoming external and internal opportunities, enCity and the team of consultants proposed to strengthen the city’s industrial and economic growth by strategically defining 2 development belts and 3 green corridors.
Detailed design guidelines that are not only local in character but consider careful analysis of the site and terrain have been developed to ensure smooth implementation of the development.
