Lim Chu Kang Agri-food Production Hub
We envision Lim Chu Kang Agri-Food Production Hub being divided into three zones to create a balanced and vibrant mix of programs with distinct characters. The Sprout Hub, Polli Hub, R+D center, and LCK Harvest have unique program elements that will keep visitors engaged and informed. The transit corridor connects the various zones running through the heart of the site, making circulation efficient.

The proposed strategy is centred on a celebration of local culture and ecology. Existing settlements are integrated into the new communities to preserve built heritage, giving residents new economic opportunities while maintaining privacy and green cover with landscape.
North Da Lat District
A lakeside urban heritage which recreates Dalat’s cultural scene by connecting the civic buildings. The unique landscape destination is proposed with continuous natural corridors connecting Van Kiep lake and Langbian view deck. Case Study: Ecorivers Master Plan*

Located in the heart of an industrial-service-urban complex, the 1000-hectare Binh Duong New City successfuly became the new administrative centre of the province.

The project proposed a highly livable and green development, with a variety of housing options, which prioritizes connectivity and accessibility while providing affordable and active recreational programmes.
Case Study: Suzhou Industrial Park*
The first industrial park project that led by Chinese central government directly and approved as a cooperative development with Singapore, it is designed with dual axes and multiple centers: high-tech industries, modern business and residential districts connected through shared infrastructure, a desirable environment and a common new city center.

We propose positioning Tay Ninh to 2050 as “Green Tay Ninh”. This vision focuses on 4 key aspects: livable community, green environment, high-value production, and attractive destination. The consulting consortium advises for public governance with a high enterprise spirit to gain efficiency and attain an active market entry strategy for socioeconomic development.

Hai Phong City Master Plan 2050
With an estimated population of 4.5 million in 2050, the historic port town of Hai Phong is the third largest city in Vietnam. To capture upcoming external and internal opportunities, enCity and the team of consultants proposed to strengthen the city’s industrial and economic growth by strategically defining 2 development belts and 3 green corridors.
South Hai Duong Sports City
Through infrastructure improvement and land value enhancement, the area is transformed through holistic urban development with important provincial public buildings, and forms a new and vibrant gateway project of South Hai Duong.
VSIP (Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park) Long An
Our planning framework for the project’s different land use typologies and designs four focus areas which shape the character of the development – West Gate, the gateway community welcoming visitors from Ring Road 4; Sports Center, the active hub where the canal is utilized for water sports; Education Cluster, the learning center composed of integrated academic institutions; and Central Park, the green heart of the whole township.
Science Technology Industrial Park (STIP) Binh Duong
The Science Technology and Industrial Park at Binh Duong is positioned to become the innovation hub of Binh Duong Province, providing higher value-added products and services to be exported worldwide. The site will foster an innovation ecosystem of companies and talents through cross-collaboration between Industry, Academia and Government.
Detailed design guidelines that are not only local in character but consider careful analysis of the site and terrain have been developed to ensure smooth implementation of the development.
