Science Technology Industrial Park

To become the innovation hub of Binh Duong Province, providing higher value-added products and services to be exported worldwide. The site will foster an innovation ecosystem of companies and talents through cross-collaboration between Industry, Academia and Government.

Due to the inherent site division, three main clusters to promote innovation are proposed: the Productive Cluster and Innovation Cluster at the north and the Living cluster at the south. The allocation of uses is planned such that easy collaboration and synergies can arise. For example, the Research and Development Labs are placed near the University and the Business Park, allowing both test-beds in universities and prototyping in companies to use the intermediate facilities between each other.
