In the North of Vietnam lies Hai Duong City in the Red River Delta. Set at the confluence of Bac Hung Hai and Thai Binh rivers, Ecorivers Hai Duong is the first eco-urban development within the city – a riverfront eco-urban model for green and healthy living in Hai Duong City.
By integrating strategic road linkages with a lush landscape system, added economic value and living quality was achieved for both investors and residents. The project is divided into neighborhoods anchored around a central park and a green spine that connects back to the surrounding rivers, promoting a pedestrian-friendly lifestyle cenetred around water and nature.

A bridge to revive a forgotten land for Ecorivers Master Plan
On April 15, 2021, Hai Long Bridge – “the most beautiful bridge in Hai Duong” according to Hai Duong City President Nguyen Duong Thai – was inaugurated. The idea of constructing a Y-shaped bridge to cross Bac Hung Hai River, connecting the Ecorivers township to Hai Duong city centre, was conceived right after Mr. Nguyen Do Dzung’s (Co-Founder and CEO of enCity) initial site survey.
One of the key strategies in turning a forgotten area at the confluence of Bac Hung Hai and Thai Binh rivers into a successful development is to strengthen traffic connectivity. Because of this, the vision proposed turning the two banks along Bac Hung Hai river into a “green avenue”, with a Y-shaped bridge leading to the community. This green avenue also serves as the backbone of the entire “Ecorivers” urban area – a beautiful name given to the project by Mr. Dzung.
