Binh Duong New City, to the Southeast of Vietnam, now a familiar locus for residents and visitors within and around the region is a modern administrative urban centre that offers local and international high-tech services.
Located in the heart of an industrial-service-urban complex, the 1000-hectare Binh Duong New City successfuly became the new administrative centre of the province. The preliminary master plan for Binh Duong New City was previously made by Becamex IDC Corp, then evaluated and adjusted by Professor Heng Chye Kiang with detailed planning and urban design guidelines to shape its development.

The revised master plan aims to create a modern, and dynamic new urban center, commensurate with its position as the new capital of Binh Duong Province. With a daytime population of about 600,000, it has good mix of land uses including high-quality residential and commercial development, hotels, convention centres, administrative buildings and recreational facilities.
